Does the diary count calories?

No. You record meals, hunger and how you feel in your own words. You can review these notes with your dietitian.

Where is my data stored?

In the app's private storage on your device. The publisher does not receive your diary entries. On iOS, system backups depend on your device settings. You choose whether to save or share a report.

What do I record for a meal?

The time, your hunger level from 1 to 5, and what you ate. Describe portions in everyday terms, such as two slices or a bowl of soup. You can also add a photo and record symptoms after eating.

Do I need to weigh my food?

No. Describe the amount using spoons, glasses or the number of pieces.

Do I need an account?
