How to move your entries to a new phone
On your old phone, open Settings → Your data → Create backup and save the file somewhere safe. On your new phone, choose Restore backup and select that file.
Before uninstalling the app or clearing its data, check that your backup is saved outside the app's own storage. Backups may contain health information and photos. Only share them with people and services you trust.
How to delete all your data
Choose Settings → Your data → Delete all data and confirm. This deletes your profile, settings, suggestion lists, drafts, entries and photos. You can only recover this data from a backup made before deletion.
I can't add a photo
You can save an entry without a photo. To add one, check your phone's settings to see whether the app can access the camera or your selected photos. The app respects the permissions you choose.
The app optimises large photos to use less storage. It saves this version without keeping a separate copy of the original. It may also create a smaller working copy for reports. That copy can be recreated when needed.
How to create a PDF report
Open the Report tab, choose a date range and create the PDF. The app creates the report on your phone. You then choose where to save or send it.
You can create a report even if some days have no entries. If you cancel the save or share window, your diary stays unchanged and you can try again.
Does the diary work offline?
You can add entries, store photos and create backups or PDF reports offline. You need a connection to open the help and download pages. The app only sends limited technical diagnostics or general usage statistics if you give your consent.
